West Ham are once again showing interest in Porto's striker, Samuel Omorodion Aghehowa, as the summer transfer window approaches. Last summer, West Ham had an opportunity to secure Aghehowa for £15 million but chose to focus on Aston Villa's Jhon Duran instead, a transfer that ultimately did not happen. Aghehowa subsequently joined Porto from Atletico Madrid for a lesser fee and has since excelled, netting 19 goals and providing three assists in 31 matches across all competitions. With their current difficulties in the Premier League, West Ham are in urgent need of strengthening their attacking options.
