Rodrigo Zalazar leaving Sporting Braga?
Rodrigo Salazar, who plays as a central midfielder for Braga, is reportedly involved in a transfer deal to Zenit St. Petersburg. The clubs have reached a principal agreement for a transfer fee of €22 million. Zenit chairman Alexander Medvedev addressed the rumors by suggesting that people should wait for official announcements. Salazar has participated in 10 matches for Braga this season, where he has scored two goals and provided four assists. His existing contract with Braga is set to last until the summer of 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €16 million.
Zenit Saint Petersburg is close to acquiring Uruguayan midfielder Rodrigo Salazar from Portuguese club Braga. According to Record, a principal agreement has been reached between the clubs for the transfer of the 25-year-old player to the Russian club.
