Nicolò Bertola Transfer from Spezia to Juventus

Nicolò Bertola is expected to remain at Spezia until the season concludes, at which point his contract will expire, enabling him to move to a Serie A club without a transfer fee. Juventus has expressed interest in Bertola, proposing a four-year contract. Nonetheless, discussions have reached an impasse due to the agents' demand for a substantial salary of 800,000 euros per season, a notable rise from his current salary of 126,000 euros. Juventus anticipated a salary structure with gradual increases and bonuses. Spezia had previously proposed contract renewals to Bertola, initially offering 400,000 euros and later increasing the offer to 500,000 euros with a clause for further increase if promoted to Serie A, but these proposals were turned down by Bertola's representatives.

Nicolò Bertola, a defender born in 2003, is currently playing for Spezia and has conveyed his wish to remain with the team until the season concludes. Nevertheless, Juventus is among the clubs showing interest in him. Bertola indicated that he feels too young to handle transfer discussions on his own and expressed hope for a decision that would satisfy all parties involved. It was reported that his agents might have explored a potential move to Venezia, although Bertola was not aware of these discussions. Despite Spezia's efforts to retain him, his future appears to be leaning towards a move to Serie A.

Juventus is also interested in signing Nicolò Bertola, who made his Serie A debut on May 14, 2022, against Udinese with Thiago Motta as the coach. He was also played in the last game of that season against Napoli. The competition for Bertola between Juventus and Inter is ongoing.
