Tottenham have turned their attention to Burnley ace Maxime Esteve following a series of injuries. L'Equipe reports that Tottenham has made a £20 million offer for Esteve, but Burnley values him at a minimum of £30 million. Esteve has made a significant impact at Turf Moor this season in the Championship and joined Burnley from Montpellier.

One year ago, Montpellier sold their defender Maxime Estève to Burnley for 12 million euros. On the last day of the winter transfer window, Tottenham has proposed double that amount, 24 million euros, to recruit him. According to L’Equipe, the Spurs, who have already bought Kevin Danso in January, have made this offer for the 22-year-old central defender who plays in the Championship.
