Mats Köhlert Transfer from SC Heerenveen to Hertha BSC
Mats Köhlert is reportedly linked with a move back to Germany, as Hertha BSC has shown interest in acquiring him. With his contract in the Netherlands set to expire, he is available for a free transfer. The German left-back has established himself as a goal-threatening presence in the Eredivisie, having made 177 appearances and contributed 30 scorer points. Köhlert previously played in Germany with Hamburger SV. Sky has reported that the 26-year-old is also under consideration by Werder Bremen. During his six-year tenure at Hamburger SV, Köhlert made three professional appearances in the second division.
