Emir Bars might extend his stay at PSV, as reported by Eindhovens Dagblad, which suggests that Bars could remain at the club for another year if both parties agree to continue their partnership. Despite not yet debuting for PSV's first team, the 19-year-old has been playing for Jong PSV this season and faces an uncertain future with his contract nearing expiration. Previously, Bars was on the verge of joining Konyaspor, with the Turkish team showing interest in the young forward. The transfer, however, did not materialize because PSV's asking price was 250,000 euros, whereas Konyaspor was only willing to offer 150,000 euros and preferred installment payments. Initially, there was a plan for Bars to be loaned back to PSV, but that option is no longer being considered. Despite not having played for PSV's main squad, Bars has achieved three goals and six assists in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie this season.
