Russian national team coach Nikolay Pisarev expressed his belief that defender Maxim Osipenko would be a suitable addition to Turin's Juventus. Rostov's Sporting Director Alexey Ryskin agreed with Pisarev's assessment but noted that although Osipenko possesses the skill level required to play for Juventus, such a transfer is unlikely at the moment. Osipenko, who is 30 years old, plays as a central defender and has been with Rostov since 2020. His current contract with Rostov is valid until the summer of 2027, and Transfermarkt estimates Osipenko's market value at €5 million.
