The player has impressed with his performance, scoring four goals and providing four assists, despite focusing primarily on defense. Both TSG Hoffenheim and FC Augsburg have also shown interest in the 25-year-old, who joined Kaiserslautern from Regionalligist Lok Leipzig last summer. Sirch, originally from Augsburg, began the season playing for Kaiserslautern's second team in the Oberliga but has been a consistent starter in the main squad since the ninth matchday.
