According to Bild, the agreement between Union Berlin and Ljubičić is not completely settled. Ljubičić, a 27-year-old midfielder currently playing for Köln, had initially been associated with Union Berlin during the winter transfer period, a team that already includes several Croatian players such as Marin Ljubičić, Ivan Prtajin, and Josip Juranović. Despite the recent obstacle, it is confirmed that Ljubičić will depart from his current club.
