Athletic Club confirmed an agreement with Albacete Balompié for the loan of forward Javi Martón until the end of the season. Martón, aged 24, has a contract with Athletic until 2026. This season, he has played 50 minutes across four matches, scoring one goal against Viktoria Plzen in the Europa League. This will be his second experience in LaLiga Hypermotion after being loaned to Mirandés last season.
