Gabriel Rukavina Transfer from Dinamo Zagreb to LA Galaxy
In the winter transfer window, Dinamo Zagreb had the opportunity to earn 2.5 million euros from a transfer offer by LA Galaxy, but the club rejected the offer.
Last winter, Gabriel Rukavina was a major target for Los Angeles Galaxy. The American club offered 2.5 million dollars (2.3 million euros), of which 20% would go to the player and 10% to intermediaries. Dinamo Zagreb responded with a counteroffer of 3.5 million euros. However, the Americans did not accept the counteroffer and instead signed Brazilian Gabriel Pec from Vasco da Gama for 9.3 million euros.
Last winter, Los Angeles Galaxy showed a great interest in Gabrijel Rukavina and offered 2.5 million dollars (2.3 million euros), with 20% to the player and 10% to intermediaries. Dinamo Zagreb responded with a counteroffer of 3.5 million euros, which was not accepted by the Americans.
Gabriel Rukavina, a 20-year-old winger, was considered for a transfer from Dinamo to Los Angeles Galaxy. The negotiations were serious, and Galaxy was ready to pay Dinamo three million euros in compensation. However, due to a clause in the contract, which would give Rukavina 20 percent, Dinamo considered this amount too small. They asked for at least 3.5 million euros, and with potential bonuses, it could reach up to 5 million euros. But an agreement was not reached, and Galaxy soon brought in 22-year-old Brazilian Gabriel Peca from Vasco da Gama for 9 million euros.
