Although his loan is set to end in the summer, he is keen to avoid returning to Nürnberg. Dynamo Dresden is planning to buy him out of his contract, which is valid until 2026 with Nürnberg. While his market value stands at 600,000 Euro, the transfer fee is anticipated to be higher due to his recent performances. Daferner had previously moved from Dresden to Nürnberg for 1 million Euro in 2022.
