Club Brugge is interested in signing 19-year-old Croatian offensive midfielder Borna Knezovic from Sassuolo. Knezovic is currently playing with the youth team and has impressed with 15 goals and 5 assists in 30 matches. Club Brugge will need to reach an agreement with Sassuolo as Knezovic is under contract until 2027. Additionally, Mainz is also monitoring Knezovic, who has yet to make his debut for Sassuolo's first team but has been on the bench twice this season. He joined Sassuolo in the summer of 2022 from Cibalia on a free transfer.
