Celtic are on the verge of tying down Alistair Johnston on a new long-term deal. Johnston's representatives are currently in Glasgow with talks now at an advanced stage. Both parties hope to finalise the paperwork quickly which will see Johnston commit his future to Parkhead beyond his current deal, which runs until 2027.
