SV Werder Bremen is expressing interest in signing Aaron Zehnter from SC Paderborn. Although Zehnter's contract with Paderborn runs until 2027, Werder would need to offer at least three million euros to secure the transfer. Zehnter has emerged as a pivotal player for Paderborn, contributing eight assists and scoring one goal in 21 league matches. Originally trained at FC Augsburg, he moved to Paderborn in January of the previous year for around 100,000 euros. At 20 years old, the left wing-back has established himself as an integral part of the team under the guidance of coach Lukas Kwasniok. His progress and influence at the club could lead to a substantially higher transfer fee this summer.
