Wojciech Urbański extended his contract with Legia Warszawa until December 31, 2028. His previous contract was valid until June 30. Urbański expressed his happiness about continuing his career at Legia, a club he considers ideal for his development. The new contract was the first move announced by Legia following the appointment of Michał Żewłakow as the new sporting director.
Wojciech Urbański will also sign a new contract with Legia Warszawa. The current contract is valid until June 2026. A new contract announcement is expected at the beginning of next week, according to Marcin Szymczyk from Legia.net. The terms of the contract extension are not yet known.
Wojciech Urbański has confirmed during an interview with Krzysztof Muszyński from Legia.net that his contract with Legia Warszawa is valid until June 30, 2026. Previously, there were suggestions that the contract expired at the end of the current season. His impressive performance in the autumn round, with two goals and three assists in thirteen appearances, keeps him in the interest of coach Gonçalo Feio for the remainder of the competition. It is hinted that continued utilization by the Portuguese coach could make him a serious target for several foreign clubs.
