Vinko Rozić, a 21-year-old winger, has joined Istra. He had spent the last year and a half playing for Posušje, where he scored four goals and provided one assist in 16 appearances during the first part of the season. Rozić began his career in Hajduk's youth categories and spent five years at Dinamo, also going on loan to Široki Brijeg. Vinko enhances the winger position, having been developed through HNK Hajduk's and GNK Dinamo's Academies, and as a member of Croatia's youth national teams. He performed successfully for HŠK Posušje in the last two seasons, which led to invitations to Bosnia and Herzegovina's U21 national team. Bjelanović noted that Rozić is characterized by exceptional speed, strength, a great work ethic, and a desire to improve.
