V. Lindelöf Transfer from Manchester United to Juventus

Italian press Tuttosport reported that Juventus is interested in acquiring defender Victor Lindelof. The club, often referred to as 'vecchia signora', prefers the Swedish player to address the gaps left by injured players Bremer and Cabal in the central defense. Lindelof's contract with Manchester United is set to expire next summer, which means a sale in January would be the last chance for the club to recoup part of the 35 million euros they spent when purchasing him from Benfica in 2017. Lindelof, who previously shared a locker room with Ruben Amorim at Benfica, will have his future decided by the Portuguese coach, now at Manchester United.

Victor Lindelof has reportedly offered his services to Juventus after becoming aware of their need for defensive reinforcements following injuries to Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal. Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is said to be in discussions with Lindelof’s entourage regarding a potential move. Sources indicate that Giuntoli's excellent relationship with Lindelof's representatives, HCM Sports Management, could facilitate the negotiations. It is understood that Lindelof is available at a reduced price due to his contract expiring at the end of the season, which allows for a cut-price fee in January or a free transfer in the summer.

Juventus is considering Manchester United's Victor Lindelof for a central defender role in January. With his contract expiring in June and limited playtime this season, Lindelof is a potential option despite concerns over his age and contract situation. His representatives have a good relationship with Juventus' director, aiding past transfers, but Juventus remains hesitant and has not made a decisive move yet.
