Vasile Mogoș has been released from his contract with CFR Cluj due to disciplinary issues. Ioan Varga, the owner of CFR Cluj, stated: "Yes, we decided to part ways. It is better for everyone. There were some acts of indiscipline, and together we decided to terminate the contract." Mogoș joined CFR Cluj in July 2023 and has played 15 matches in the SuperLiga, 6 in the Conference League qualifiers, and once in the Romanian Cup this season. He also participated in EURO 2024 with Romania.
