Timothée Pembele, a versatile defender from Sunderland, is set to leave England and join Le Havre on loan. The move is expected to be finalized within hours. Le Havre's sporting director expressed particular interest in Pembele's ability to play in multiple positions, including as a right or left lateral defender and in a three-man defense. Pembele, who has 8 appearances in the Championship this season, is under contract with Sunderland until 2028. He will undergo a medical examination upon arrival in Le Havre.
