Steven Caulker has been announced by Turkish second-division side Ankara Keciorengucu after a two-month job search on LinkedIn. The club issued a statement welcoming him and wishing him success under their purple-white jersey.

Steven Caulker, who has played more than 100 matches in the Premier League and was once an absolute international with England (in 2012), is now 32 and without a team. He recently posted an ad on Linkedin hoping to receive job offers. 'Linkedin Family, please do your magic. I'm looking for a new team for the 2024/2025 season. Preferably as a coach, but I'm still open to playing. If you can share this message, I would appreciate it very much', he wrote in a post that almost a week later has accumulated more than a thousand 'likes' and has been shared over 200 times.
