Fulham have offered Besitkas £16.8m for Turkish teenage striker Semih Kilicsoy. The eighteen year-old Turkish international has scored twelve goals in 35 games since making his first-team debut for Besiktas. He helped the Black Eagles win the Turkish Cup and made his international debut in a pre-Euro 2024 friendly against Italy. He has now made three appearances for the Turkish senior side and was apparently scouted for the past six months by Brian Talbot.

Semih Kılıçsoy has been a standout player for Beşiktaş this season, contributing to 13 goals in 30 matches. His performance has attracted the attention of Premier League club Fulham. Fulham's Scout Chief, Brian Talbot, has approached Beşiktaş with an offer to transfer Kılıçsoy for a fee of 15 million euros. However, Beşiktaş has refused the offer, stating that they would not let Kılıçsoy go for that amount.
