Santiago Gimenez Transfer from Feyenoord to Tottenham Hotspur

Team Talk reports on Tottenham's interest in signing Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord. Tottenham are interested in signing Santiago Gimenez, a Mexico international striker currently performing well at Feyenoord. Tottenham are reportedly willing to offer up to £30 million for him, although there is speculation that Feyenoord might raise his asking price to £40 million.

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez in the January transfer window. Tottenham have already made contact for the 23-year-old, who has scored 15 goals and given three assists in 18 matches this season. However, Feyenoord may choose to increase their demands to £40 million if Tottenham formalise their interest, which could be a problem as Tottenham's budget is £30 million.

Santiago Gimenez's father, Christian Gimenez, mentioned that the plan is for his son to leave this winter. After recovering from an injury, he scored four goals in three matches. Feyenoord is open to listening to offers. Tottenham Hotspur has been linked with him earlier.

Back in January he was one of the hottest properties on the market, and was linked with a number of Europe's top clubs, including Tottenham.

Tottenham have been strongly linked with Gimenez.

Santiago Giménez is very close to signing with Tottenham Hotspurs. TUDN Radio reports two offers were made, with the English offer being significantly higher than the Spanish one. Although Giménez preferred to join LaLiga, Feyenoord asked Atlético to match the offer.
