The deal for winger Samuel Bamba fell through at the last minute.

Standard Lüttich is working intensively on a winter transfer for the 20-year-old Samuel Bamba. His contract with Bochum is valid until 2027. Bamba moved from Borussia Dortmund's reserve to Bochum in the summer but has only played twelve minutes in the Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal so far.

Samuel Bamba is among the young players at VfL Bochum with no current prospects for game time. The club is seeking a resolution for him, potentially through a transfer or loan in the winter transfer window.
