Ryan Flamingo is a new PSV player. The 21-year-old central defender leaves Utrecht and signs a contract until June 30, 2029. He was bought by Utrecht on May 10 for just under 3 million EUR and sold today to the Dutch champions for 9 million EUR. Flamingo was previously on loan from Sassuolo to Utrecht for a season.
