Rubén Alves, aged 30, is recognized as a left-footed defender, noted for his speed, anticipation, and his ability to play the ball out from the back. Prior to his tenure at Tenerife, he spent two seasons with Racing de Santander, where he participated in 60 matches in the Segunda División, becoming a crucial player in their defense.
