Roméo Lavia Transfer from Chelsea to Manchester City
Michael Dawson suggested that Romeo Lavia would have been a perfect fit for Manchester City, particularly in light of Rodri's absence. Nevertheless, Dawson raised doubts about whether Lavia would have had the chance to realize his potential if he had remained at City. Lavia departed from City to join Southampton after making only two senior appearances, one of them as a substitute, during his three-year tenure at the club. At Southampton, he performed well enough to earn a transfer to Chelsea, where he has emerged as a key player despite facing injury challenges. Despite his limited playing time at City, Dawson believed that Lavia's playing style would have made him an ideal asset for the team.
