Roko Jurišić leaving Osijek?
Roko Jurišić has extended his contract with Osijek, with the contract now set to last until the summer of 2027 instead of 2026. Osijek's sports director, Jose Boto, disclosed that during the last transfer window, the club received numerous official offers for Jurišić's transfer from what he referred to as 'serious clubs.' However, these offers were turned down. Osijek chose to offer Jurišić a new contract a year and a half before his existing contract was scheduled to expire.
All offers for Roko Jurišić have been rejected by Osijek.
Osijek has received concrete offers for Jurišić this summer, but the specific clubs interested were not mentioned.
Roko Jurišić, a 22-year-old left-back, has shown to be a great addition to Osijek after changing five clubs in his short senior career, from Dinamo, through Rijeka and Hrvatski dragovoljac, to Austrian Ried, and finally Slovenian Mura. He is now an integral part of Zoran Zekić's team and has perfectly responded to the challenge of playing as a left stopper in the last line with three, which surprised Croatian football public.
