Rocco Shein is transferring from FC Dordrecht to Fredrikstad FK. The transfer is a record for both clubs, with Fredrikstad FK paying nearly one million euros excluding bonuses. FC Dordrecht director Hans de Zeeuw confirmed it as the largest outgoing transfer in the club's history, as well as the largest incoming transfer for Fredrikstad FK. Rocco Shein, a 21-year-old midfielder and Estonian international, preferred Norway despite interest from the English Championship.

There was also interest from the English Championship for Rocco Shein, but the Estonian international preferred a move to Norway.
