Robert Rojas Transfer from River Plate to Olimpia
Robert Rojas, who is currently on loan at Vasco Da Gama, is set to return to River Plate in January as Vasco Da Gama has decided not to exercise their $2 million purchase option. It has been reported that Marcelo Gallardo, the coach of River Plate, does not intend to include Rojas in the team for 2025. Negotiations are reportedly taking place with Olimpia, a Paraguayan club, for Rojas to continue his career there. Should he be loaned to Olimpia, Rojas would need to extend his contract with River Plate until December 2026. The conversations between Olimpia and River Plate are said to be progressing well, making it highly likely that Rojas will return to his native Paraguay to join Olimpia.
