Team Talk has reported that Real Madrid is interested in acquiring Riccardo Calafiori. The Spanish club is keen on signing Calafiori, who has been a part of Arsenal since 2024, having transferred from Bologna for a fee that could rise to £42 million. The 22-year-old has demonstrated his versatility by playing as a central defender, left-back, and previously as a left winger, contributing three goals and two assists in 26 matches this season. Arsenal has stated that they will not sell the 22-year-old for anything less than €80 million (£67.4m, $87.4m). Real Madrid, however, has hesitated at the prospect of paying £67 million for the Italian international left-back, who has impressed them with his defensive solidity and ability to adapt to various positions.
