Renato Veiga Transfer from Chelsea to Wolverhampton Wanderers
Renato Veiga has been heavily linked with a January exit amid interest from a number of clubs in Europe, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, with the latter reportedly seeing an opening offer rejected by Chelsea last week.
Wolverhampton, under the management of Vítor Pereira, has expressed interest in signing Renato Veiga, who moved to Chelsea from Basel six months ago for 14 million euros. The club is keen on adding another Portuguese player and a central defender to their squad. They are also reportedly close to finalizing a deal with Emmanuel Agbadou from Reims. Meanwhile, Bournemouth, another Premier League club, has shown interest in Veiga, although any move there would have to be permanent due to Chelsea's existing loan agreement with them. Beyond England, clubs such as Stuttgart, Napoli, and Juventus are keeping an eye on Veiga's situation.
