Rasmus Carstensen Transfer from FC Köln to Lech Poznań

Lech Poznań is satisfied with Rasmus Carstensen's performance and is considering making his stay permanent. Rasmus Carstensen joined Lech Poznań from FC Köln in winter and has impressed since then. The buyout clause for Carstensen is considered achievable by Lech Poznań. This was discussed by Dawid Dobrasz on Meczyki.pl, emphasizing Carstensen's quick adaptation and the need for Lech Poznań to secure him permanently.

Rasmus Carstensen, a 25-year-old Danish right-back, has impressed since his winter loan move to Lech Poznań from FC Köln. He has started four matches, replacing Joel Pereira, and has been praised for his physical preparation and performance, including scoring his first goal for Lech Poznań. However, Lech Poznań did not secure an option to buy during negotiations with FC Köln, meaning a permanent transfer would require separate negotiations.

Rasmus Carstensen has joined Lech Poznań on a loan from FC Köln, which is valid until June 30, 2025. He underwent a detailed medical examination in Poland, and it was successful, enabling the transaction to be finalized. Lech Poznań attempted to include a buyout clause valued at two million euros, but FC Köln did not consent to it. Carstensen is anticipated to enhance the competition on the right side of the defense, although he is also capable of playing on the left side. The sports director, Tomasz Rząsa, conveyed his excitement about Carstensen's arrival and expressed hope that he will contribute to the fight for the Polish championship.
