Though Varane is unlikely to return to Real Madrid, he is a target for Chelsea, Juventus and Al Nassr.

He mentions that players like Varane don't often come by, especially as a free transfer. He acknowledges that Varane is not the same player he was three or four years ago but still believes he is a very good player. He also mentions that Varane has had injury issues but feels the transfer price should overlook this.

Varane’s contract at Manchester United expires at the end of the season and it appears very unlikely that the Red Devils will activate the option to extend his deal by another year.
