Raimonds Krollis leaving Spezia?
Raimonds Krollis has received two requests, one from Poland and another from Slovakia, which could satisfy Spezia. However, these moves might result in a small financial loss for Spezia.
Raimonds Krollis is set to leave Triestina earlier than planned and return to Spezia at the conclusion of his loan period. Spezia plans to sell him internationally, possibly on a permanent basis, as he has not found significant opportunities to excel in Italy. His contract with Spezia is valid until 2026, with an option for renewal that the club has decided not to exercise. Krollis encountered challenges at Triestina, including a public dispute with former coach Pep Clotet, and has not scored in 13 appearances. The new coach, Attilio Tesser, has also opted not to include him in the squad for the match against Union Clodiense. Spezia's sporting director, Stefano Melissano, along with Krollis's agent, Mikkel Beck, are working towards securing a permanent transfer for him.
US Triestina Calcio 1918 has announced the acquisition of Latvian forward Raimonds Krollis on a temporary basis from Spezia until June 30, 2025, with an option to purchase.
Raimonds Krollis is also on the transfer list.
