Rafael Barbosa is set to terminate his contract with Farense, which was originally valid until the end of the season, to transition to Polish football, where he is expected to sign with Radomiak Radom. He will be under the guidance of his fellow countryman João Henriques, who has recently been announced as the new coach. The 28-year-old player had joined the Algarvian club at the beginning of last season and had only participated in seven games this current season. Farense will retain a percentage of the player's rights. Barbosa's contract with the Polish club will extend until June 2026. At Radomiak, Rafael Barbosa will team up with Bruno Jordão and Francisco Ramos.
