Rafa Mújica Transfer from Arouca to Al Sadd
Rafa Mujica has been officially transferred to Al Sadd, Qatar after a successful season with Arouca.
Rafa Mújica, the top scorer for Arouca this season, is confirmed to be moving to Al Sadd. The transfer will result in a profit of 10 million euros for Arouca. The 25-year-old Spanish forward is moving to the current Qatari champion, where Portuguese player Xeka, former Sporting player Gonzalo Plata, and former FC Porto player Matheus Uribe play. Mújica bid farewell to Arouca with a long message on Instagram.
Rafa Mújica, the Spanish striker, will play for Al Sadd in Qatar, leaving approximately €10 million in Arouca's coffers.
Rafa Mújica is leaving the club Arouca and is set to join the Qatari club Al Sadd. He will not be playing any more matches for Arouca, missing the final games against Benfica and V. Guimarães. The transfer deal is around 10 million euros.
Rafa Mújica was noticeably absent from the game this Sunday between Arouca and Estrela da Amadora, with coach Daniel Sousa, at the end of the match, saying that the Spaniard was "in negotiations with another club". It is now known that this club is Al Sadd, from Qatar. Mújica has a proposal in hand valid for four seasons, in a deal that could yield something like 10 million euros to Arouca's coffers.
