Philipp Sander (26) has been newly signed by Borussia Mönchengladbach from Kiel.
Philipp Sander, who was bought for around 1 million Euros from Bundesliga promoted team Holstein Kiel, is also a new addition to Gladbach for the upcoming season.
Philipp Sander, the captain of Holstein Kiel, is confirmed to be transferring to Borussia Mönchengladbach. The transfer was a long-standing open secret, and Sander himself confirmed it after Kiel's promotion to the Bundesliga. The 26-year-old midfielder has signed a contract lasting until June 30, 2028. Sander had been with Kiel since the summer of 2015, starting with the U19 team and making his professional debut in December 2018.

Sander affirmed a corresponding question and pointed out that it had already been an 'open secret'.
