Patrick Ouotro, the young Ivorian striker from Strasbourg, will join Martigues, recently promoted to Ligue 2, on a one-year loan. Ouotro has been notable recently, scoring four goals and being named the third-best player at the Maurice Revello Tournament (formerly the Toulon Tournament).
