Patrick Hobsch (29) is following in the footsteps of his father Bernd (56), who himself played two years for TSV 1860 München. Hobsch Junior is even taking over his father's shirt number and will play with the 34 for the Lions. He signs a contract with Sixty until 2026 with the option of a further year. Hobsch moves from league rival Unterhaching to the Lions on a free transfer. The Munich suburbanites are thus losing an absolute top scorer. Hobsch was twice top scorer in the Regionalliga Bayern (2022, 2023). In the past season, he was the top scorer of the Haching with 13 goals. No wonder Sixty has had him on the list for a long time.

TSV 1860 München is interested in acquiring Patrick Hobsch due to the club's need for new players in the forward position. The club's dissatisfaction with their current position (15th) in the league has led to a desire for change in the squad.
