Oscar Fraulo Transfer from FC Utrecht to Derby County
Oscar Fraulo appears to be on his way to Derby County. According to reports by Algemeen Dagblad, the Championship club is interested in taking over the loan deal that FC Utrecht has with Borussia Mönchengladbach. Fraulo was initially loaned to FC Utrecht in 2023, where he participated in 35 matches, scored three goals, and provided four assists in one season. Utrecht renewed his loan last summer, including an option to purchase him. This entire arrangement, including the purchase option, can potentially be taken over by Derby County. In recent months, Fraulo has experienced limited playing time under Utrecht's coach, Ron Jans, who tends to favor other players such as Zidane Iqbal and Paxten Aaronson. Despite Can Bozdogan's long-term injury, he is still prioritized over Fraulo. Derby County, currently positioned nineteenth in the Championship, sees a chance to incorporate Fraulo into their team.
