Óliver Torres, a Spanish midfielder who has represented FC Porto, is a reinforcement for Monterrey. The 29-year-old player signed a contract with the Mexican club until 2027. The midfielder leaves the old continent for the first time, will wear the number 8 shirt and reunites at the Mexican club with Jesús Corona, with whom he shared a locker room at the dragons.

Óliver Torres is reported to have reached a preliminary agreement with Monterrey, Mexico. This agreement would be valid for three seasons. Monterrey has been trying to sign Torres since the previous season.
