It is believed that Crystal Palace and Leicester City are considering the mutual termination of his loan spell to facilitate the transfer. A move to MLS is seen as an opportunity for Edouard to regain his form and confidence. Since Ruud van Nistelrooy took over as Leicester City's manager, Edouard has not made an appearance, which indicates he is not included in the manager's plans.
