Nico Paz Transfer from Como to FC Barcelona
Nico Paz has acknowledged the rumors linking him to Barcelona and expressed his admiration for Lamine Yamal, stating that Yamal is the player he would most like to team up with. Despite this interest, Barcelona's financial constraints may hinder the potential transfer. The buy-back clause set by Real Madrid is exclusively applicable to them, allowing Como to demand any price from other interested clubs. Given the existence of this buy-back clause, it is improbable that Madrid would let Barcelona make a move without taking action. Paz, originally from Tenerife, joined Real Madrid's academy at the age of 12 and spent eight years with the club before transferring to Como after making eight appearances for Madrid's first team last season. His outstanding performance in Serie A, where he contributed 13 goals and assists during Como's first top-flight season in 21 years, has garnered significant attention. Real Madrid is strongly associated with the possibility of re-signing him, thanks to a €9m buy-back clause included in last summer's transfer deal with Como. Madrid may choose to reintegrate him into their squad or sell him for a profit, a strategy they have previously employed with Alvaro Morata.
