Although O'Reilly has only participated in six senior matches for Pep Guardiola's team, Chelsea are considering a late move for the 19-year-old, as they persist in scouting top young talents globally. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has indicated that Chelsea have enquired with Man City regarding Nico O'Reilly.
