The Eagles offloaded midfielder Naouirou Ahamada, who joined Ligue 1 side Rennes on a season-long loan.

Rennes is finalizing the arrival of Franco-Comorian midfielder Naouirou Ahamada from Crystal Palace on the last day of the transfer window.

Naouirou Ahamada, a 22-year-old midfielder who has played for France's youth teams, Juventus, Stuttgart, and most recently Crystal Palace (joined in January 2023), is expected to join Rennes on loan with an option to buy. He is expected to arrive on Friday, August 30, before the transfer window closes.
