Nacho Fernández Transfer from Real Madrid to Inter Miami
Real Madrid have set a deadline for captain Nacho to decide his future, with his current contract set to expire on June 30. The Spanish giants remain hopeful that their star defender will choose to continue his career at Madrid, despite rumours linking him with moves elsewhere. If he decides to explore his options elsewhere, Nacho will end his 12 year spell with the first team, after spending his entire career in Madrid's system. Clubs rumoured to be interested in the defender include Lionel Messi's club Inter Miami. Nacho's interest in the MLS looked to be enough to see him favour a move to Miami.
Nacho was previously linked with Inter Miami, a club associated with Lionel Messi, before being associated with Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr.
Nacho Fernández, the central defender from Real Madrid, has expressed interest in continuing his career outside of European football. Inter Miami, which includes Messi among its ranks, is the most likely club to receive the player. However, a final decision will only be made after the Champions League final. In light of a serious injury suffered by central Nicolas Freire, David Beckham's club wants to anticipate negotiations and is willing to present a contract proposal with a salary around 1.5 million, a condition identical to that offered to Jordi Alba last season.
Inter Miami is showing interest in Nacho, the current captain of Real Madrid. Nacho, who has played twelve seasons with Real Madrid, has decided to leave the club at the end of the season. He recently informed the club management and Florentino Pérez about his decision to end his Madrid journey and look for a new challenge outside of Europe. The Spanish player could find this new challenge with Inter Miami, the leader of the Eastern Conference of Major League Soccer. Inter Miami is reportedly offering a contract worth about 1.5 million euros, a similar case to that of Jordi Alba. Tata Martino, the current coach of Inter Miami, has just lost his central defender Nicolás Freire and needs to quickly strengthen the central axis of his defense.
