Mohammed Kudus Transfer from West Ham United to FC Barcelona
Barcelona is showing interest in signing Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United. The club could use more quality in the wide areas, but they also need to strengthen other areas of their squad. West Ham is demanding a fee of around €100 million for Kudus.
Mohammed Kudus, a prominent Ghanaian player currently excelling at West Ham, has caught the attention of major European clubs because of his outstanding performances in the Premier League and international tournaments. Among the interested clubs is Barcelona, which is keen on securing the forward's services. West Ham has established a release price of 100 million euros for Kudus, indicating his value to the team and the substantial demand for his abilities. The club has expressed its unwillingness to negotiate for a lower price, anticipating an active transfer market next summer as elite clubs keep an eye on his development.
Mohammed Kudus, who had a satisfactory first season at West Ham, is open to the idea of joining FC Barcelona. In an interview, Kudus admitted that Barça was his favorite club, 'because of Messi', as he put it. The Ghanaian international, who scored 7 goals and provided 4 assists in 27 Premier League matches, is now valued at 50 million euros, more than the 40 million euros West Ham paid for his services.
