Milos Veljkovic Transfer from SV Werder Bremen to Crvena Zvezda

Miloš Veljković has signed with Crvena zvezda, as revealed by the Serbian champions on their social media platforms. Despite this official announcement, the German media expressed concerns regarding the potential impact on Veljković's position at Werder Bremen. It was reported that Marko Marin, the technical director of Crvena zvezda, had earlier mentioned that discussions with Clemens Fritz from Werder Bremen occurred two weeks prior to the announcement. Veljković, who has been with Werder for nine years, has demonstrated his loyalty to the club. Marin reportedly conveyed his happiness about acquiring such an experienced player, believing it would benefit the younger players, and highlighted the importance of ensuring a graceful departure from Werder Bremen.

Miloš Veljković will join Crvena zvezda this summer as a free agent. The Serbian champion has reached an agreement with him, and he will sign a three-year contract. He is expected to join the team at the start of the preparations to integrate with his new teammates and be ready for the upcoming challenges, including the Champions League qualifiers.

Miloš Veljković, a Serbian national team player, is expected to join Crvena Zvezda from Werder Bremen next summer to play in the same position vacated by Stefan Leković.

Miloš Veljković has caught the interest of the management at Ljutice Bogdana, who are considering bringing him in as early as winter. His contract with Werder Bremen is set to expire in the summer, and there are no signs suggesting he will remain at the club. Nevertheless, it seems more likely for him to join the red and whites before the summer than in January. Despite having a challenging season with only six appearances for Werder Bremen, four of which were starts in the Bundesliga, Veljković's main focus is still to continue his career abroad. Recently, he was spotted at the 'Belgrade Arena,' watching Crvena zvezda's basketball team defeat Partizan (89:84) while wearing a red and white scarf.
