Miloš Luković Transfer from Strasbourg to SC Heerenveen
Milos Lukovic, a Serbian central forward born in 2005, has been officially signed by SC Heerenveen, under the management of Robin Van Persie, on a temporary transfer without a purchase option. Heerenveen disclosed the loan on January 6, 2025, which is contingent upon a medical examination, and will last for the remainder of the season. Lukovic, who began his professional career with FK IMT before moving to RC Strasbourg in Ligue 1, is anticipated to continue his development in the Eredivisie. Ferry de Haan, the general director of SC Heerenveen, expressed his admiration for Lukovic's goal-scoring prowess and intensity, stating that he would be a valuable addition to the team.
SC Heerenveen is expected to finalize the acquisition of Milos Lukovic in the near future. Lukovic, a Serbian forward owned by Chelsea and currently assigned to their sister club RC Strasbourg, has not had significant playing time in France. Heerenveen plans to offer a solution by arranging a loan for Lukovic until the season's conclusion. The transfer is contingent upon securing a work permit. Heerenveen is set to pay a minimum salary of 500,000 euros per month, even though Lukovic does not qualify for an EU salary. Favorable terms have reportedly been agreed upon, as stated by Ferry de Haan, the general director of Heerenveen.
SC Heerenveen expects to finalize the arrival of Milos Lukovic soon. The Serbian striker, owned by Chelsea, is currently placed at sister club RC Strasbourg in France. Heerenveen will loan Lukovic until the end of the season. The transfer is pending a work permit. Due to Lukovic's inability to receive an EU salary, Heerenveen will pay a minimum of 500,000 euros per month in salary under favorable conditions.
Milos Lukovic, a 19-year-old Serbian forward, has been loaned to Heerenveen for six months. Having played only 11 minutes in Ligue 1 this season, he was acquired for €4.7 million (excluding bonuses) from IMT Belgrade a year ago. Following his acquisition, he remained on loan at IMT Belgrade until June before moving to Alsace, where he encountered issues with sciatica. Strasbourg has started a major squad reduction this winter, and Lukovic's loan transfer to Heerenveen, who are currently in eleventh place in the Dutch league, is a part of this strategy.
